Ulysses Felder has been a Florida practicing attorney since 2000. Mr. Felder began his legal career with a large Florida law firm where he spent six years. Mr. Felder practiced in the areas of Litigation, Corporate Law and Government Relations. Mr. Felder then served as general counsel to a publicly traded Urgent Care Center.
Prior to Mr. Felder becoming an attorney, he worked for the Central Intelligence Agency and worked in management for Lockheed Martin Corporation and MCI WorldCom (now Verizon) in Washington, DC. Mr. Felder earned his Bachelors’ degree from Florida State University, his Masters Degree from Central Michigan University and his law degree from the University of the District of Columbia.
Radhafil Rodriguez is a Dominican Attorney licensed by The Florida Bar and The Supreme Court of Florida, to render Legal Advice and Services in the State of Florida concerning the Laws of The Dominican Republic. He has a legal background with more than 13 years’ experience in Corporate and Commercial Law in the Caribbean Market, as well as experience in International Business transactions in several countries. Mr. Rodriguez is persuasive individual with strong negotiations skills, oral and written communications skills. He has a history of successfully reducing legal expenses including the use of appropriate insurance and risk management measures, as well as reducing tax expenses and payroll through corporate expansion and the use of offshore corporations and workforces. Extensive experience in managing outside counsel in litigation matters in The Dominican Republic. He has assisted several foreign chain companies with their executive immigrations needs, also with their corporate incorporation and configuration.
He has also acted as an In House Legal Counsel for the Embassy of the Dominican Republic to the U.S. Government and as an In House Legal Counsel for the Permanent Mission of the Dominican Republic to the U.N.E.S.C.O. with station in Paris, French. He studied in the Uniersity of Paris, Georgetown Univeristy, Universidad Catolica Santo Domingo, and many more: he´s constantly obtaining more knowledge on law and it´s practices.
Robert Leanza Williams Jr.
Attorney Robert Leanza Williams Jr. began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office, which is one of the busiest state attorney offices in the Country. He oversaw hundreds of DUI and misdemeanor cases. During his tenure he was promoted several times serving in both the Criminal juvenile and Felony divisions where he conquered these specialized areas of criminal law. While in the Juvenile Division he prosecuted hundreds of cases ranging from theft to aggravated battery. Next, in the Felony criminal division, he prosecuted cases that included crimes such as drug trafficking, domestic violence, sex crimes and homicide. During this assignment, Mr. Williams honed his trial skills and continued to perfect his craft, while carrying case loads near the 300 count. In addition to the latter, Attorney Williams also handled issues including probation violation hearings, motions to suppress, bond hearings, Arthur hearings, Nebia hearings, and appeals.
Nicholas Porras graduated from the University of San Francisco with a J.D. in 2000. He started his legal career with Aphton Biopharma in San Francisco, California and shortly thereafter the company moved its corporate headquarters to Miami, Florida. Nicholas moved with the company as Associate of Finance and Legal helping the company navigate the regulatory guidelines of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Health Canada, United Kingdom’s Medicines & Products Regulatory Agency and Swissmedic. He worked closely with the company’s outside counsel, Akerman Sennterfitt, in the preparation of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings and the company’s corporate legal matters. He was quickly promoted to the Director of Investor Relations and travelled with the company around the globe presenting the company’s biological products for the treatment of Pancreatic and Gastrointestinal cancers. The company raised over $50 million dollars during Mr. Porras’ tenure as Director of Investor Relations, enough to allow the company to complete phase III clinical trials.
Mr. Porras has also acted as a consultant for some of the world’s largest pharma companies helping defend large class-action lawsuits and most recently has acted as a litigator for banks prosecuting thousands of foreclosure lawsuits. Mr. Porras currently practices in Florida and Nevada helping his clients in the areas of commercial litigation, business organization, collections and medical marijuana. He holds a B.A. in Business Economics-Accounting Emphasis from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco. He has bar membership in Florida, Nevada, the U.S. District Court of Nevada, Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida and Northern District of Florida.
